The Department of Health Care Ethics is committed to respecting the privacy of program users who gain access by a personal identifier that reveals a minimum amount of relevant information (including contact information and birth date) to record participation. This information will be used for participation in this program or future programs to provide participants with information that may be of interest.

The Department will not sell, rent, lease, or distribute identifiable information to others. Unless the permission of participants is provided or is required by law, personal identifier data will be shared only with Saint Louis University personnel/departments or relevant bodies related to continuing education accreditation and awards. By providing identifier information, participants authorize the above uses and release the Department of Health Care Ethics from any liability resulting from the disclosure.
